The world's first 3D metal and comprosy printer.

FX10 owns the DM printing system that allows users to switch between the 3D metal and comprosy printing system rapidly and effectively. All FX10 machines are available to print comprosy, while the ability to print metal is a buyable supplement package. The optical sensors mounted on the print head can verify the accuracy of the size of details, at the same time assessing the device's performance and performance status. FX10 uses standard signaling systems and automated materials, bringing the simple user experience, with little manual interference and reduction in demand for professional operators.

Detailed specifications and features

Learn about technical parameters and all of FX10's accompanying features. With large printing of 375 x 300 x 300 mm with the same thermal printing chamber maintaining temperatures to 60°C, FX10 is specially designed for rigorous manufacturing environments. The Composite Printing System of Machines uses live motor inputs with the double spray, allowing smooth print that high-performing high-performance plastics such as Onyx Midland, Onyx FR, Onyx ESD and Nylon White, while at the same time in continuous carbon fiber fiber to achieve the equivalent of metal. The laser and visual modules on FX10 help check the details in real time, ensuring accuracy and stability. Through the integration of EigerTM software, users are able to access the secure digital library, advanced layering tools and remote printer management. FX10 towards performance optimum with automatic modification of materials and software updates through the network via Ethernet or Ethernet.

The 3D Metal metal printing system of FX10 utilizes the Metal Metal Metal Metal FFF technology to produce persistent functional parts from stainless steel, stainless steel 316L or tool steel. The metal-printing head design is flexible enough to make physical processing easy, while the automotive mechanisms change the material to make the maximum reduction of the stop time. After the post-examination process, the details achieved a misdirection close to the design, with the height of the print class being 127 m after the burning. The FX10's metal print configuration still retains the security features and connects the cloud as the compatriot version, including the authenticity of two elements, encoding of the print file and well integrated with the Eiger software.

Both FX10 configurations priority safety and comply with international regulations with UL certificates, CE and EU's machine directives. with a solid steel roar frame, the weight of 122 kg and the standard industrial size of 760 x 640 x 1200 mm, FX10 was created to ensure stability and trust in manufacturing environments. Whether it's a detailed energization of a continuous cylindrical fiber or production of functional metal components, FX10 all bring accuracy, strength, and the ability to incorporate the flow process, becoming an essential tool for modern manufacturing.

FX10 Materials

The FX10 was built on a DM-type system architecture, allowing users to unlock the metal printing mode only by simply replacing the print engine, from which it turned FX10 into a fully functional 3D metal printer for industrial applications.

Metal 3D Printing Process

The simple and safe working process was designed for every business to print the functional metal details.

Ready Design
  • Create or Import Model 3D: Details design in the CAD and output in the STL file form.

  • Upload Eiger: Enter STL files into Eiger for CT and prepare the process.

  • Select Metal Materials: Select between stainless steel and stainless steel 316L.

  • Autosize: Eiger automatically zooms the details to compensate for the contractions during the closing fire.

  • Add Ceramic class separation material: Eiger automatically creates a ceramic interface layer between the details and the support support to be easily removed.

  • Metal Kit set for FX10: Exchanges the cortical printing department to the metal print department, including the metal print head and the material guide block.

  • Load metal fiber: Put the metal fiber in the first two coil compartments.

  • Load Ceramic class separation material: Rolling pottery into supporting coil compartments.

  • Warm printer: Heat print amounted to 60°C and the thermal printing table reached 150°C, preparing for the printing process.

  • Normal & effect: FX10 uses integrated lasers and visual-based standard cues to optimize the Pythagorean settings.

  • Start printing: The metal printing department is in conjunction with waxpolymer, while the material separates the ceramic layer from the support sections.

  • Progress Monitor: The printer's visual system and laser gauge test accuracy in size.

  • Auto Convert materials: If a roll ends, the FX10 automatically turns to the new coil.

  • Remove printed details: Be careful to remove unburned metal embryos from the printing table.

  • Wash Debinding: Wash1 is a lip-based cleaning system, operating with simple ventilation systems and extremely easy to use. It has been tested and confirmed safe for factory environments.

  • Sittering: Markforged Sitter2 is the optimum tube oven to burn down the metal details in 3D. Armed with advanced safety features, Sinter2 operates with top confidence, handling details for 26 to 31 hours. At speed, a maximum of 250g detail can be burned in 17 hours.

  • Exclusive Printing Installation: Adjust the parameters such as the minimum print class height 125/205m, hollow form infill and fiber path.

  • Layer simulator: Eiger creates previews before printing, simulating power distribution and the use of materials.

  • Composite fiber load: Stacking the fissure selected into one of the scroll compartments.

  • Continuous fiber load if available: If you're reinforced with carbon fiber, put it in the coil compartment.

  • Warm printer: FX10's thermal printing press reached up to 60°C guaranteeing optimum print conditions.

  • Normal & effect: FX10 performs the standard with laser and visual measurements to ensure accuracy.

  • Start printing: The printing head broadcasts directly the corrosion fiber, whilst the second sprinkler puts the fiber under constant demand.

  • Progress Monitor: The integrated visual system ensures the accuracy of each layer and detects underlying errors.

  • Auto Convert materials: If a scroll ends, the printer will automatically turn to new scroll without stopping.

  • Check accuracy: Using Eiger's digital test tools or manual measurements to verify the details size.

  •
  • Remove printed details: After the printing is completed, carefully extracting details from the heating table to 150°C.

  • Optional intensity: To increase durability, details can be painted, date GE or treat post-subscripted with a binder.

  • Use last detail: Details comproser is currently available for use as gá, prototypes or final reality applications.
